Position: Food Service Supervisor Number of Positions: 1 Wage: $20.00 per hour Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent) Vacation: 4% of gross salary Work Location: 1640 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6J 1X6 Main Duties: Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Requirements: Minimum 2 year of experience in food preparation or customer service OR completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management Completion of Secondary School Language of work: English Knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure How to apply: send your resume to sumiresushihiring@gmail.com.
