Job position: Software Developer (NOC 21232) -Permanent and Full-time Vacancy: 1 Business Legal Name: ONIKON Creative Inc. Working Location: 10330, 152 Street, Surrey, BC V3R 4G8 Canada Salary: $48.50 to $50.00 per hour (To be negotiated) Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined) Job duties: • Design, develop, and maintain our custom 3D virtual tour system used by real estate clients to showcase properties in immersive and interactive formats • Develop automation tools and backend logic to optimize video rendering, playback speed, and responsiveness across browsers and mobile apps • Implement smart media handling techniques, such as adaptive streaming, lazy loading, and intelligent compression • Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers to ensure smooth delivery and integration of 3D assets and multimedia content • Write clean, maintainable code using modern programming practices and version control systems • Participate in performance tuning, debugging, and feature enhancement of core software modules • Research and apply new technologies to improve company services. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff. Qualifications: - At least completion of college in computer science or related filed is required, but a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering is preferred. - Previous experience as a software developer is usually required.
