Cultus Lake Pub is located in Cultus Lake in Chilliwack and offers cozy atmosphere with variety of food and drink choices. We are currently hiring a full-time experienced cook. Employer: 1174654 Enterprises Ltd. (o/a Cultus Lake Pub) Position: Cook Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods - Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers - Oversee kitchen operations - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - May clean kitchen and work area - May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies - May hire and train kitchen staff. Requirement: -Completion of secondary school. - 2 years or more experience as a cook. - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, boiling etc. - Good communication skills. Wage and working hours: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week. Working (Business) Location: 3696 Columbia Valley Hwy. Cultus Lake, BC.
