Position: Executive Housekeeper Employer: 0982071 BC Ltd. (o/a Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace/Thornhill) Location: 3059 Highway 16 East Thornhill, Terrace, BC V8G 4P3 Canada Vacancy: 3 About Us: At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace/Thornhill, we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality services. Job Responsibilities: -Manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department -Plan and coordinate activities for housekeeping supervisors and their teams -Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to departmental standards and health and safety regulations -Select and procure equipment and supplies, while overseeing inventory management -Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery -Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff -Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, manage payroll, and create employee schedules Requirements: -Completion of secondary school - Previous supervised experience in the hospitality industry is usually required. -University degree or college diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, or business administration is typically required.
