Employer: California Barathy Employer’s Address: 11821 89B St, Grande Prairie, AB T8X 1M1 Work Location: Same as above Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors Dust furniture Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture Make beds and change sheets Distribute clean towels and toiletries Stock linen closet Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances Pick up debris and empty trash containers Launder clothing and household linens Mend clothing and linens Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Shop for food and household supplies Wash windows, walls and ceilings Prepare meals Requirements: Education: No education required. Experience: Experience is an asset. Will train. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods Personal suitability: Punctuality, Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized, Reliability, Values and ethics Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) Language: English is required Salary: $19.00 hourly, 37.5 hours per week. Benefits: Dental benefits. Transportation costs covered if worker needs to relocate. Accommodation provided at a cost. Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required.
