We are currently hiring a full-time food service supervisor Employer: J.S.B. Monami Corporation (o/a Booster Juice) Position: Full-time food service supervisor Vacancy: 2 Wage: $20.00 ~ $21.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week. Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year. Working (Business) Location: 8249 Eagle Landing Parkway, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0P9 Responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation - Establish work schedules and procedures - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets Requirement: - Completion of secondary school - 2+ years of work experience as a supervisor in a restaurant is required.
