Position: Food Service Supervisor Positions Available: 2 Wage: CAD$18.50/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary for vacation pay Business Address & Job Location: #303-4575 Uplands Dr., Nanaimo, BC V9T 6M8 Job Duties: - Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of servers and kitchen helpers who prepare, portion and/or serve Japanese style dishes - Prepare food order summaries for chef and cook - Maintain accurate records of stock, sales and wastage and order supplies - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and company policies - Establish methods to meet work schedules - Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures - Address customers’ complaints or concerns - May perform the same duties as workers supervised when needed Job requirements: - Completion of secondary school is required. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required. - Language of work: English How to Apply If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail. -E-mail Address: umaisushi.hr@gmail.com Umai Sushi (LHJH holdings LTD.) | |
