We have produced many different types of tray dryers up to this point while keeping customer needs in mind. We are skilled in designing and producing tray dryers. These dryers are made by our skilled team and are well regarded by the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. Tray dryers are utilized with conventional drying processes because they produce the greatest results. It has one to two doors and is built as a double-walled cabinet. To prevent heat transfer, spaces between two walls are filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation. A gasket is installed on the doors, and stainless steel trays are set up on moving trolleys. The drying process is facilitated by the passage of warm air through the stacked trays in a tray dryer. Hot air is often generated by an electric heater or steam radiator in the dryer and blown into the chamber by a fan or blower. The trays are surrounded and covered in heated air that is absorbing moisture from the material in the trays. The product or item that needs to be dried is fed into the trays in the shape of granules, powders, or solids in various forms. Depending on the required drying time, the number of trays and the distance between them can be changed. The moist air is then released from the chamber as the hot air evaporates it as it passes through the material.
