Join together with a group of women to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques to help address the fatigue, discomforts, symptoms and erratic feelings that can be experienced during menopause and perimenopause. (Perimenopause is when bleeding has not completely stopped and typically occurs in women between the ages of 45 and 55.)

You will learn:

speedy breathing techniques to help reduce or alleviate hot flashes

yoga poses to aid sleep

gain confidence by understanding what is happening in your mind and body

feel supported by other women

relax the body and mind through yoga

learn a routine that you can incorporate at home
nutritional support
