Chicko Chicken Head office in BC is looking for Administrative Officer Company name : Chicko Chicken Job Position : Administrative Officer, Permanent, Full-Time Position Offering Wage and hours of work : $35 per hour and 30 ~ 40 hours per week Starting Date : As soon as possible Work location : #104-84 North Bend St, Coquitlam, British Columbia, V3K 6H1 Job Duties: • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met • Carry out administrative activities of establishment • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests • Oversee, co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures • Resolve conflict situations Job requirement: - Completion of college diploma - 2 years of work experience related to office administration - Able to communicate in English - Able to use office program such as word, excel, etc If you would like to apply for the position, please send your application to: chickochickenhiring@gmail.com We will contact you for an interview. | |
