At Changing Paces, we stand as one of Ontario's early training firms to pioneer an AODA staff training program. All our team members either have a disability or serve as primary caregivers to individuals with disabilities. Participants who have taken our courses consistently find them valuable. Our Accessible Customer Service Training for staff is a comprehensive 3-hour program that meets all requirements under the "Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation" of the AODA. Customized for your organization's staff and volunteers, the AODA customer service training for staff covers essential aspects such as interacting and communicating with people with disabilities, service animals, and support personnel. Participants will gain a fresh perspective on disabilities, foster respect for fair treatment, and more. In addition to this, we offer various other courses, including Management training, a train-the-trainer program to empower your staff to conduct the program, and a DIY training with instructions for your team. | |
