We are looking for an experienced Renovation helper who would like to join our team. Employer: Factory Edge Construction Ltd. Position: Full-time Renovation helper (NOC Code#75110) Vacancy: 2 Main Duties: • Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas. • Clean surfaces and mix compounds for filling joints and smoothing out surfaces. • Assist with the installation of materials and equipment as directed. • Carry out tasks such as demolition, removal of debris, and cleaning of job sites. • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on the renovation sites. Requirement: - Experience as a general construction labourer is an asset. - On-the-job training will be provided. Conditions: - Wage: $25.00 ~ $27.00/hour - Working Condition: 30 - 35 hours a week. - Benefit: 10 days or 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year. - Work Location: Various locations in the Lower Mainland.
