WANTED: Assistant Cook in beautiful city Whistler, BC Position: Assistant Cook Position Available: 1 Employer: Yaru Sushi Inc. o/a Whistler Samurai Bowl Working Location: #101-2011 Innsbruck Drive, Whistler, BC V8E 0N3 Working Conditions: • Permanent, Full-time • Wage: $18.00~ $21.00 per hour (depends on experience) • Working hours: 40 hours per week • Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of vacation fee Job Duties: • Responsible for scheduling and substituting when the head chef is off-duty. • Prepare and cook Japanese meals and/or specialty foods. • Plan and create new menus and ensure food meets quality standards. • Fill in for or assist the head chef. • Instruct kitchen helpers. Requirements: • Language: English • Completion of high school • At least 1 year of cook experience • Must be available to work at least one day on weekends and holidays.
