Job Description • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies • Ensure food service and quality control • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Prepare and submit reports • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres • Establish work schedules 2. Requirements • Completion of Secondary School • 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency) • Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player • Work under pressure 3.
