Job Title: Business Development Co-ordinator NOC 4163 1. Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive knowledge about the business and its development practices, its marketing activities, prospective clients, and the trends for the industry • Engage in market research to identify new opportunities for business and develop strategies to attract venture capital • Respond to queries and complaints from clients, members of the business community and public as regards the company’s products • Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team. • Develop innovative strategies for retaining existing clients; this includes undertaking social or economic surveys and interviews to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan • Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage customers, evaluate customer service, and develop E-commerce strategies • Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue. 2. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, commerce, or related field. • 2~3 years’ experience working in a business role. • Possess effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people • Ability to constantly generate new ideas for the company’s advancement and success • Great leadership and problem-solving skills. • Must be able to use the computer and similar gadgets • Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadlines 3.
