Duties include: Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales Implement price and credits policies Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Additional information- Personal suitability Hardworking Positive attitude Client focus Organized Team player Languages- English Education-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience- 2 years to less than 3 years Salary is $32.00/hour(40 hours/week).
