Adrenaline Tattoos is looking for a Tattoo Parlour Manager (NOC 60040) Job Description: A suitable candidate must have: • 5 years of tattooing experience • Completed a verified apprenticeship with a verified tattoo artist • High School Certificate Job Duties: 1) Plan, Manage, and Organize shop operations 2) Hire and train or arrange training of new tattoo artist/staff and cashiers 3) Plan and control monthly and yearly budget, inventory as well as promotion and marketing strategies 4) Maintain customer service standards, resolve complaints, and implement policies as per the body modification industry 5) Manage staff activities, prepare schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct training sessions.
