Job Requirements:
1.    Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or executive role in a company working exclusively and specifically with Microsoft Business Central/Navision.
2.    Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams using the Microsoft RapidStart implementation method.
3.    Minimum 5 years of experience in hands-on writing and designing code for MS Business central and Navision.(C/side and AL)
4.    Proven track record of developing international partner setup within the MS business central sphere.
5.    Minimum 5 years of hands-on working with Azure (AAD, Management portal, Cyber security, Licensing, provisioning resources).
6.    Proven track record of designing a minimum of 2 enterprise level solutions in MS Business central , have them certified as ISV’s for Navision/MS BC and having sold these as ISV solutions, both domestic and internationally.
7.    Having founded, started up, run and subsequently handled exit scenarios for at least 2 Navision/MS Business central partners.
8.    Minimum 5 years of proven track record of hands-on managing MS Business central technical teams(development, consulting). This must include remote teams and 24/7 coverage.
9.    Having authored a complete Operational paradigm for running an MS BC business including handling of legal compliance issues (Data Privacy, PII, GDPR etc.)
10.   Hands-on knowledge with MBS organization handling PartnerSource and the license structure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
11.   In depth knowledge of Continia, InsightWorks and other 3rd party addon for Business Central. Working relationship with those vendors is a plus
12.   Proven track record of leading and managing complex MS Business central projects and teams, delivering results on time and within budget.
13.   Proven track record upgrading Navision and BC customer solutions to BC Cloud
14.   Minimum 5 years of experience of operating BC businesses in Europe and North America
15.   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
16.   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
17.   A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate vision into action and align operations with goals.

Job Description
• Define and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices that support our mission, vision, and values.
• Manage and optimize the performance of our operational functions, including project delivery, customer service, quality assurance, human resources, finance, and administration.
• Work hands-on with projects and tasks as well as teams.
• Ensure the successful delivery of our Microsoft Business Central solutions for our clients, from scoping and planning to deployment and support.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and efficiency of our products and services, ensuring that they meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, partners, vendors, and regulators, ensuring that we comply with all contractual obligations and legal requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our strategic objectives and enhance our competitive advantage.
• Develop and manage the operational budget and forecast, ensuring that we optimize our resources and achieve our financial targets.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the CEO, CTO, board of directors, and other stakeholders on the operational performance and progress of our company.
• Lead, coach, and mentor our operational staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, learning, innovation, and excellence.
• Represent EFOQUS in negotiations or other official functions.
