I'm looking for a part-time assistant (min 15hrs-22.5hrs/week at $22/hr) who can handle many of the administrative work in my growing Real Estate Business. Busy Real Estate Broker with far too much to do needs a tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented assistant. We are hiring and I am looking for someone who is superb at handling details. 1) Proficient in computer skills using Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), basic graphic design, and CRM programs. 2) Who can search the MLS for homes matching buyers’ criteria. 3) Read and write Agreement of purchase and sale. 4) Prepare CMAs for Seller prospects. 5) Must have driver's license and access to vehicle for occasional tasks that require driving, delivery, pick-ups, etc. 6) Comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly. 7) Organized and excellent in communication skills.
