(o/a Samsonite Canadian Greetings) Position: Retail Store Supervisor (Full-time) Vacancy: 1 Main Job Duties: -Overseeing and coordinating daily activities of retail staff to ensure smooth operations. -Providing excellent customer service by resolving complaints and addressing inquiries. -Managing inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and maintaining organized displays. -Training and supporting employees in store policies and best practices. -Handling cash transactions, reconciling daily sales, and ensuring accurate accounting. -Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. -Assisting in achieving sales targets and implementing store promotions. Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is usually required. Working Conditions.
