Aromatears Enterprises Ltd. is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager position! *Job Position: Marketing Manager (Full-time) *Company: Aromatears Enterprises Ltd. *Wage: $48.50 - $50 / hour *Business/Working Location: #208, 4341 North Rd, Burnaby, BC, V3N 4N3 *Job Duties: -Develop and define the comprehensive direction and goals for the store's marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the store's mission and vision. -Guide and manage the marketing team, ensuring optimal performance while promoting a collaborative and innovative working environment. -Oversee and implement marketing campaigns across a range of platforms, including digital mediums like social media and traditional channels like print ads. -Coordinate and communicate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure a cohesive and powerful brand narrative that resonates with customers. -Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics of marketing campaigns to assess their success and use this data to guide and refine future marketing strategies. *Requirements: -At least College diploma required, but Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred. -3+ years of experience in a Marketing leadership role is required. -Strong analytical skills, with a love for diving into data and deriving insights.
