Business Address: 121 Nugget Avenue, Scarborough, ON, M1S 3B1 Work Location: Same as above and various locations across the Greater Toronto Area Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Anticipated Start Date As soon as possible Job Duties: Determine layout and installation procedures Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment Utilize hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications Install, repair, and service interior or exterior prefabricated products Drive among work locations to do the installations Requirements Education: Some secondary education is required Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided. Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail Driver’s license G2 is required. Personal suitability: Dependability, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Client focus, Accurate, Reliability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized Work Site Environment: Dusty, Noisy, Outdoors, At heights Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Language: English is required. Salary: $22.00 hourly, 30 - 40 hours per week Benefits: Piece work. Vehicle supplied by employer for work related tasks only. Transportation costs covered if worker needs to relocate. Important Information: Regular work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. However, flexibility on schedule is required as some days will start earlier and others finish later depending on the business needs and weather.
