DBA Arisu Korean BBQ - Edmonds Work Location: 7328 Edmonds Street, Burnaby, BC, V3N 0G7 Job Title: Butcher (retail) Wage: $20.50 per hour Working Hours: 30 hours per week Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation OR 4% of vacation pay Job Vacancies: 2 Full-Time jobs Qualification: • Minimum 1 year’s related work experience or completion of meat cutting training college • Completion of High School • English Duties: • Responsible for coordinating with the Chef or Cook • Cut, trim, bone tie, and grind meats to prepare meats in cooking form • Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery and ensure meat quality • Cure, tenderize and preserve meats depending on menu of the week • Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount • Ensure maintenance and check supply • Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards • May supervise and train other related staffs.
