Fresh & Clean Management Co. is seeking two Cleaning Supervisors to join their team. We offer residential and commercial cleaning services to our clients. Job Title: Cleaning Supervisors Salary: $29.00 per hour for 35 hours a week Overtime: After 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Language: English Minimum Education: High School Positions Available: 2 Employer Name: Sivico Enterprises Ltd. (DBA) Fresh & Clean Management Co. Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor Location: Fresh & Clean Management Co. #307-1030 West 14th Ave. Vancouver, BC. V6H 1P3 Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1- 2 years experience in a supervisory role Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding Personal Suitability: Reliable, dependable, strong initiative, effective interpersonal skills, flexible, sound judgement Requirements of the position: - Deal with clients and resolve issues - Supervise, train and co-ordinate activities of workers - Inspect to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained - Recommend for additional maintenance services if required - Assist cleaners in performing their duties by guiding and supervising them and work alongside the cleaning technicians when required - Maintain and prepare work schedules - Co-ordinate work activities with other departments - Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards - Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job - Respond to customer complaints and special requests - Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves - Participate in large cleaning projects as required by the company and prepare reports - Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas - Able to prepare invoices and take payments onsite - Some knowledge of the cleaning industry is desirable but not essential How to Apply: By email: freshandcleanjobs@gmail.com By Mail: Fresh & Clean Management Co. #307-1030 West 14th Ave. Vancouver, BC V6H 1P3 • No phone calls please!
