I personally enjoyed the fruit taste of the gummies. They were both tangy and sweet, with barely any vinegar flavour. The idea of drinking apple cider vinegar never appealed to me, so I appreciated these gummies. It’s important to note that they taste like candy; I had to remind myself to only take the recommended dose.So far, after consuming half of the bottle over two weeks, I have experienced no stomach upset or indigestion due to the gummies. I believe they have helped me feel less bloated after meals and are a satisfying treat, so I was less likely to reach for sugary snacks. Since I only took them for a few weeks, I can’t comment on their effect on energy metabolism or immune support, but I didn’t notice any adverse effects either. If I were currently tracking my food, I would be sure to add the gummies to my food log, as they contribute over 24 g of carbs throughout the day, which would need to be accounted for. Overall, I enjoyed the fruity taste and the chewy texture, and I continue to look forward to grabbing them a few times a day as a healthy addition to my diet.  | |
