Now we are hiring the experienced Food Service Supervisor Employer: JH Golden King Corp. (o/a Kiro Sushi) Position: Food Service Supervisor Vacancy: 1 Job Duties: • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies • Ensure food service and quality control • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Prepare and submit reports • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres • Supervise and check assembly of trays • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys • Establish work schedules Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 2+ years of supervising experience in the food industry is usually required. Conditions. Wage: $17.00 - $18.00 / hour (to be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay Working Condition: 35 - 40 hours a week.
