(o/a Bella Coola Valley Inn) Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) Open positions: 2 Wage and working hours: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour, 30-40 hours a week. Working Location: 441 Mackenzie Street, PO Box 949, Bella Coola, BC V0T 1C0 Responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food - Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation - Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers - Establish work schedules and procedures - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures - Enforce health and safety regulations, ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen and dining areas Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
