Job Position: Marketing Manager (Full-time) Company: Blue Bird Travel Inc. Wage: $41.80 - $50 / hour Business/Working Location: 4501 North Rd, Burnaby, BC, V3N 4R7 Job Duties: -Shape our overall marketing strategy, marrying creativity with data-driven insights. -Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. -Spearhead campaigns across diverse channels, from digital to traditional print. -Liaise with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to create unified, compelling brand messages. -Utilize robust metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategy. Requirements: -At least College diploma required, but Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred. -3+ years of experience in a Marketing leadership role, with a proven track record in strategizing and executing successful campaigns. -Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. -The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. -Strong analytical skills, with a love for diving into data and deriving insights.
