Rim Le Thai Cuisine is looking for a full-time Manager! Company: Rim Le Thai Cuisine Ltd. Job Location: #201 - 7084 Vedder Road, Chilliwack, BC V2R 1E3 Position: Manager Vacant: 1 Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time Working hours: 30~40 hours per week Compensation: $37.00 per hour Benefit: Vacation days and sick days will be given based on BC Employment Standards. Main duties: • Manage the staff and work for the daily operation. • Build a work schedule for the staff considering local events, seasons and staff’s availability. • Plan and evaluate regarding hiring, sales targets, and team developments etc. • Ensure food, service and work safety meet the company standards. • Participate in weekly and/or monthly meetings with owner or managerial positions for operational matters. • Have active conversations with the team regarding customer service, if required. • Lead and audit for cash management and inventory management. • Maintain clear and open communication with staff, suppliers, and customers. • Keep records for sales, orders, hire, licenses and invoices etc. • Create and develop a positive working environment and lead the team. • Conduct hiring process as business needs with proactive planning.
