Food Service Supervisor
Seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor for a busy wood fire pizzeria. Duties • Train new employees and ensure everyone meets our service standards. • Supervise staff activities and prepare work schedules • Ensure that customer service standards are properly followed • Assist with the development of new menus and products. • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment • Supervise the service, making sure everything runs smoothly. • Make sure staffing levels are right and our labor cost expectations met.
