Seymour Rd North Vancouver, British Columbia V7H 2Y4 Main Duties -Prepare dough for loaf bread, buns and Danish pastry, according to recipes. -Bake mixed dough and batters. - Decorate and display the finished products. -Ensure quality of products to meet established standards -Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls. -Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipments are sanitized and prepared for the next shift. -May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
