Our pub restaurant is located in Vancouver Yaletown. Now we have openings for Food Service Supervisor. Employer: Yaletown Brewing Co Pub & Restaurant (MJ Group) Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) Open positions: 2 Responsibilities: - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food - Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation - Prepare food order summaries for the chef according to requests from dieticians, patients in hospitals or other customers - Establish work schedules and procedures - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage - Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Wage and working hours: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour, 35-40 hours a week. Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, gratuities.
