Office Manager Wanted Job Description Sky Education, located at 20328 86 Ave #130, Langley Twp, BC V2Y 3L5, Canada, is currently looking for one permanent, full time Office Manager experienced. Job Description - Position: Office Manager - Vacancy: One (1) vacancy - Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent - Compensation: $29.00~31.00 per hour - Working hours: 35 hours per week - Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % vacation pay of gross salary Job Duties - Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures - Supervise the day-to-day work of the administrative function of the academy - Contribute towards the planning, development and organization of the support service systems, procedures and policies - Supervise, train and develop administrative staff as appropriate - Ensure the effective maintenance of the academy’s staff and student records - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Carry out administrative activities of the academy - Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls - Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence - Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Work Conditions and Skills - Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail - Personal Suitability: Organized, Reliability Requirements - Completion of secondary school - 2 years and less than 3 years of administrative work experience Contact Information: Sky Education Inc. - Work Location: 20328 86 Ave #130, Langley Twp, BC V2Y 3L5 - E-mail: skyedulangley@gmail.com How to apply We welcome applicants from underrepresented groups including newcomers and/or first nations.
