Business Name: CJ Logistics Canada Corporation Business Location: 18800 96 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia, V4N 3R1 Job Title: Transportation Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Wage: $28.85 per hour Working Hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: 10 days OR 4% of paid vacation and Group benefit & Life Insurance after 3 months of employment Candidate’s Qualification: - Completion of a post-secondary education program of less than two years in Business or Supply Chain Management or extensive experience as a dispatcher, production clerk or scheduling clerk is usually required. - English Job Duties: - Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an establishment and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule. - Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments - Resolve issues respective to customer inquiries, data input and general customer service related to shipping, tracking & tracing. - Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization. - Prepare customs documentation, including but not limited to invoices, bills of lading, shipping statements, receipts, to ensure accurate and complete documents are prepared within designated timeframes. - Follow up with the freight status from origination to destination and take responsibility for any occurrences while solving them both constructively and timely - Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization How to Apply: Please send your resume to us E-mail: stephanie.kim@cjlogisticsamerica.com Mail: 18800 96 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia, V4N 3R1 | |
