If you do not have this education, then 3 years' experience in Mexican or related cuisine restaurant is required • Responsible beverage service certification an asset Work Setting: Restaurant Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week. Flexibility in schedule is required, especially for take-out service. The work schedule is from Monday to Sunday, with one day off on a rotational basis. The most frequent shift is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but shifts can vary from day to day. Overtime will be required. The workers will rotate between the two locations.
