We are fully serving Japanese style cuisine in Vancouver, BC. Now weare hiring the experienced cooks. Employer: Sushi Nanaimo Restaurant Ltd. (o/a Sushi Nanaimo) Position: Cook Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons,noodles, appetizers, and tempura etc. -Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe,sanitary food-handling practices. -Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. -Clean kitchen and work area. -May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school and - 2 years or more experience as a cook. - Japanese style food cook experience may be considered. Wage: $16.75-18.00 per hour Working Condition: 35-40 hours a week and the 4% of vacation pay is willbe paid.
