PhoneBox is wireless provider in Canada and is looking for an energetic individual who can provide leadership to our telemarketing team. Job Descriptions • Supervise and coordinate outbound telemarketing sales team • Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages • Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters • Organize and maintain inventory • Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance • Maintain and organize fulfillment of orders with the team • May perform the same duties as workers supervised Requirement • Completion of college diploma or equivalent education is required. • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required Compensation • $23 per hour, 30-40 hours per week How to apply • Please email your resume to paulk@gophonebox.com
