Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (NOC 62023) Employer: SOUTHWOOD AUTOMOTIVE Job Location: 11029 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2W 1G7. Vacancy: One (1); Preference is given to Canadians, Permanent Residents, Youth, Newcomers or Indigenous people Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 30-40 Hours / Week Employment conditions: early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend Job start date: As soon as possible Wage : $31.00/ Hr ; overtime rate is $46.50/hr (regular rate plus 50% ) after 44 hours/week. Benefit: Other (WCB) Hours: 30-40 Hours / Week ; 5 days/week; 6 hrs to 8 hrs/day ; 2 days-off per week usually during weekends but if needed on weekend, weekday off varies. Languages :English Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of supervisory experience required; experience in autoshop is an asset Security and Safety: Criminal Record check Supervision : 3 -4 people Tasks: coordinate, assign and review work; ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work; establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments; identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies; requisition materials and supplies; resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports; perform same or some duties as workers supervised Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment; Large workload; overtime required; tight deadlines; work under pressure Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player How to apply : By email: silverstone.ams@shaw.ca | |
