Employer: Bremer Canada Enterprises Ltd(o/a Bella Coola Valley Inn) Position: Line Cook Vacancy: 2 Main Duties: • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. • Oversee kitchen operations. • Clean kitchen and work area. • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary food handling practices. • Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc. • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school. - 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required. Wage: $18.00 ~ $20.00 per hour. Working Condition: 30 ~ 40 hours/week.
