(o/a Korean Farm) Position: Farm Supervisor Vacancy: 2 Job Duties: - Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures - Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting - Provide agricultural livestock services such as artificial insemination, spraying or shearing of livestock or disinfecting pens, barns or poultry houses - Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers - Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed - Maintain quality control and production records - Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations - Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment - Perform general farm duties Requirement: - College certificate or diploma is usually required. - 2+ years of working experience in the agricultural industry is required. Conditions. Wage: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour and 4% of vacation pay Working Condition: 30 - 40 hours a week.
