Business Address: 75 Scarsdale Rd, North York ON, M3B 2R2 Work Location: Same as above and remote work available Type of Employment: Full Time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Meet and consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements Write, modify, integrate and test software code Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required Develop Website architecture and determine hardware and software requirements Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test Web-site related code Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications Confer with clients to identify and document requirements Contact clients in the public and private sectors Requirements: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer programming, Web development or software engineering, or a related discipline OR Completion of a college program in computer science or related field is required. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a website development role is required Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours, Sitting. Personal Suitability: Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Excellent oral and written communication. Computer and Technology Knowledge: Sublime Text, Xcode, Linux, JavaScript, Object-Oriented programming languages, Programming software, Programming languages, Software development, Data analysis software, API, D3, Git, Python, React Native, React.js, Cloud, Data Base Software, Servers, Web Service Design Language: English is required Salary: $35.70 hourly, 35 hours per week.
