Job position: Customer Service Clerks Supervisor (NOC 62023) – Permanent and Full-time Vacancy: 1 Business Legal Name: 102111626 Saskatchewan Ltd. (o/a Woodland Inn) Working Location: 620 9th St W Meadow Lake, SK S9X 1A4 Canada Wage: $34.00-$35.00 per hour (To be negotiated) Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined) Job duties: -Supervise front desk clerks and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations. -Assist in scheduling shifts and assigning daily tasks to staff. -Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve service issues or complaints. -Monitor room availability, reservations, and payment transactions. -Train new employees on customer service standards and motel procedures. -Ensure cleanliness and service quality meet company and safety standards. Qualifications: -Previous 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, particularly within a customer service or clerical environment is required. -Completion of college or industry courses related to customer services may be required. -Ability to train and lead a team effectively. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
