Hello yoga-in-the-park enthusiasts, June 10th at 10 am. we begin sticking our bums up in the air, downward dogging and saluting the sun at Monarch Park on Felstead Avenue (just W of Coxwell). Can you join us? All levels will be coming, from newbies, to people who need to be outside, to friends and family who you may bring. Why would you do yoga in the park? The vibe at Monarch is playful and family oriented. Last summer we could witness picnics, musicians, personal trainers working their wobbly clients, other yoga classes and dog owners who passed us by. It will never be known if and how they may have been affected by the fun, strength and vigour of our group. Do join our fun group. Drop-in $25. I can bring you a mat if needed. We are at the north end of the park, close to Felstead Ave.  | |
