Position: First Cook Wage: CAD$25.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent Working hours: 30-40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips Job Duties: • Prepare and cook various Asian rice and noodle items including Pad Thai, Kung Pao, Chowmein, Mongolian stirfry, Tom Yun soup, Laksa, and other items on the menus; • Prepare special house sauces; • Oversee kitchen operations; • Assist chef in planning menus; • Train other staff with respect to food preparation.
