Wage: Range from 35 to 45 CAD per hour Contact via e-mail: hringoexpress@hotmail.com Employment group: targeted indigenous people Job Requirements: Completion of a college program or bachelor degree in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in related field, proficient in various network environment construction with a strong technical foundation Familiar with the installation, debugging, and maintenance of network equipment, servers, and small computers Familiar with debugging computer networks and network security Having the ability to analyze, judge, and solve network faults Having a good work attitude, strong communication and coordination skills, and a high sense of responsibility and self-improvement Job Duties Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts Participate in the redesign of applications and other software May supervise other technical support workers in this group Collect functional and performance configuration information of similar products in the market, analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of our company's products Research and analyze market trends, project experience, customer characteristics, and participate in formulating market promotion and development strategies Assist sales personnel in introducing company products and solutions to customers, and answer customer related questions | |
