Hanychan Handyman Services Inc. is looking for two Full-time/Permanent Finish Carpenters. Position: Finish Carpenter Wage: $30.00-$32.00/hour Duration of Employment Period: Permanent, Full-time Hours of Work: 30.00-40.00 hours per week Requirements: • Completion of high school • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience as a finish carpenter, carpenter or carpenter apprentice OR completion of three to four years apprenticeship program • English is required. Duties: • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings for interior finishes. • Measure, cut and install base boards, crown moulding, wainscoting, and other trims. • Install cabinetry, make on-site adjustments to accommodate site conditions. • Provide back framing and repair framing deficiencies. • Build shelving and other storage units. • Install doors, pocket doors and hardware.
