We have the best sushi restaurant in Nanaimo, BC. We are serving fully Japanese sushi and strive to serve the best food for our customers. Employer: 1260859 BC Ltd (o/a Roll & Chicken) Position: Cook Open position: 2 Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods - Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - May clean kitchen and work area - May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Requirement: - Completion of secondary school is required. - 2+ years of cooking experience is required. Wage and working hours: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.
