Hime Sushi is looking for F/T, Permanent Cooks in Vancouver Position: Cook Available Position: 2 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $18.00 -19.00 hour Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week Benefit: 4 % vacation pay Work Location: 4490 W 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 2H9 Job Duties: -Prepare and cook complete meals and all menu items. -Plan new menu items and develop seasonal and special menus. -Keep kitchen clean and sanitized. -Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking and handling food items. -Maintain and operate kitchen equipment according to rules and regulations -Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Requirements: -Completion of secondary school -2~3 years work experience as a commercial cook is required. -English is required Please DO NOT CALL regarding the posted position.
