Executive Housekeeper


Vulcan Hotel, located in Vulcan, Alberta Canada, is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the role of Executive Housekeeper.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department
-Plan and coordinate activities for housekeeping supervisors and their teams
-Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to departmental standards and health and safety regulations
-Select and procure equipment and supplies, while overseeing inventory management
-Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
-Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
-Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, manage payroll, and create employee schedules

Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Previous 1-2 years of supervised experience in the hospitality industry is usually required.
- University degree or college diploma in hospitality management, hotel management, or business administration would be an asset.

Working Conditions:
Wage: $36.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
