Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is usually required
At least 5 years of experience at a professional level in business administration as a manager
Excellent ability in outreach activity and public relations
Be good at dealing with tough emergency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear thinking and careful consideration of problems
Proficient in office software, office automation equipment
Work objectively, rigorous and responsible, steadfast and dedicated;
Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, organizational skills and high team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility

Job duties are list below:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing several administrative services;
Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services like decoration, water and electricity, office supplies, sporadic repair, fixed assets, sanitation;
Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment and further guarantee the implementation ;
Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies;
Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services;
Interview, hire and oversee training for staff as well as lay off staff if applicable;
Set up goals, requirements and deadline within the department;

To arrange for and assist in dealing with tough emergency;
Manage the company's external administration, such as important reception, etc;
Organize and coordinate company meetings and staff team building;
Apply for the company related business license and related inspection; 
Manage the important qualification certificates;
Coordinate other internal administrative related work as needed.
